Amy has spent her career advising and representing business owners in tax matters, including complex planning, compliance and controversy, as well as transactional matters, entity selection and organizational matters, reorganizations, compliance and governance matters. She has experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating general business contracts ranging from employment agreements to commercial leases. Amy also has a great deal of experience in qualifying businesses for tax incentives and credits in Atlanta and across the country.
